Rollover Explanation

A Rollover is a playing requirement bound to a promotion or
bonus, or to a
deposit itself.

The rollover is determined by:

the amount of your deposit.

All deposits are bound to a minimum rollover of 1.

Deposit + Bonus % x Rollover Multiplier = Rollover
Requirement

$50 deposit + $25 bonus = $75 x 4 = $300

The rollover is easily completed by betting.

All accounts will have one (1) time rollover (100%). In any
deposits made on any account, we require 1
rollover of the total amount of money deposited before any
payout shall be made. Simply mean that amount
deposit should be played by the account holder before any
payout request would be made. If you deposit
1000 pesos, you need to make 1000 worth of bets before you
could process a withdrawal.

IMPORTANT

You will not be able to withdraw funds until the rollover is
complete.
The rollover has no expiration date.
The rollover requirement only counts for sports betting.
This is not applied for
casino or horse race
betting.

Live Betting

Live Betting Improvements

We made some big improvements to the betting interface. Now you’ll find pre-game and Live Betting all in the same place, letting you place your bets faster and easier than ever before.

As part of this change, the ‘Live Betting’ tab was removed. Now everything – pre-game and Live Betting – is found under the ‘Sports’ section.

Once you’re there, you’ll see blue or green ‘Live’ symbols (like the Wi-Fi logo) next to any game that offers Live Betting.

  • The green symbol is for games that are in progress and have Live Betting open now.

Just pick the league you want, and you’ll see all the games whether they haven’t started yet or they’re already running.

If you only want to see the Live games, you can easily do this by switching from the ‘All’ tab to the ‘Live’ tab above the list of games.

Overall benefits of the new changes include:

  • All markets – Live and pre-game – are on a single screen now.
  • You can now add multiple selections into the same Bet Slip, unlike the old format where you could only place one Live Bet at a time.
  • We are now offering Live Betting parlays for the first time ever; you can parlay multiple Live bets, or Live bets together with pre-game selections.
  • Bet Slip options let you lock your bet in, even if the line changes, or cancel the bet if the line moves.
General Live Betting Rules

Live Betting is offered on the most popular sports and gives you adjusted lines based on what is happening during the game/match in real-time, with options to bet on the sides, totals, plus prop bets (on selected events), including next-play outcomes.

On events where live lines are offered, a game tracker will be included – showing you the current score and what stage the event is at. The scores always list the Home team first (on the left) and the Away team second (on the right).

Please keep in mind live lines are constantly being updated. It is highly recommended to place your bets quickly, otherwise, the spread/odds are subject to change.

Rules
  1. Live Betting wagers may be placed online only.
  2. Live Betting is offered on straight bets and parlays. With parlays, you’re able to combine multiple Live selections together, or combine Live together with pre-game selections.
  3. It is not possible to add any Live Bets into teasers.
  4. Any game or event must be played to its conclusion within 48 hours in order to have action on full game props. Wagers on games that are suspended on the day of the game but played to conclusion within 48 hours of the start time have action and will be graded based on the completed game score.
However, if the event is part of a tournament (Tennis tournament, Olympic Games, World Cups, European Cups, etc.) the bet shall be valid and the 48-hour rule shall not apply.
  5. Games and events shortened for any reason such as weather, player withdrawal, crowd control, etc., will be graded as No Action irrespective of whether or not an official result is confirmed. For any sport not listed here, general pregame rules apply.
  6. We reserve the right to void any wager placed on an obvious line mistake, or placed after the outcome of the proposition has been determined.
  7. All propositions will have one winning outcome. In the event that more than one winning outcome applies, the s outcome to occur will be considered the winning outcome and all other options will be considered losing outcomes.
  8. The game time and score information displayed in the live betting scoreboard serves solely as a guide. Though every attempt is made to ensure that the information displayed is current, it is not always possible. The company assumes no liability for the accuracy of this information.
Live Betting

To bet on a live event, click on the icon that represents the games available live next to each sport category where this feature is available:

To see the other line options for the specific event selected, you must click on the left side of the event, where ‘LIVE’ is displayed in green:

The system will automatically take you to the event and all the propositions currently available. The lines displayed will be updated based on what happens in the event.

After selecting what you want to bet on, go to your betting slip, where you can add the amount you want to risk or win on each of your selections, as well as the type of bet you want, either a straight bet or a parlay:

Please note that seeing the ‘VIDEO’ option on the left side of the event means that we offer live streaming of the game:

Finally, click on bet, and enjoy your game!

Official game times

For live betting based on full game outcomes, for a bet to have action two things must occur:

  1. A winner must be determined, and
  2. The game/match must meet a required minimum length (based on sport):
    • Football: 59 minutes of game time must be played.
    • Baseball: 9 full innings must be played (8 ½ if the home team is ahead).
    • Basketball: NBA games must play 46 minutes. All other leagues must play 38 minutes.
    • Hockey: 59 minutes of game time must be played. All overtimes and shootouts count.
    • Soccer: The full 90 minutes of regulation time must be played.
    • Golf: Any wager with only 2 betting options where both options are golfers (i.e., head to head matchups) requires both golfers to complete the round and/or tournament for action. Missing the cut is regarded as completing the tournament. All other propositions are ‘all-in betting’ and will have action as long as the tournament or event has a winner, regardless of whether or not any or all golfers complete play.
    • Tennis: Game and set betting require only the game or set in question to be completed for action. Full match props require full match completion for action. Any player withdrawal due to injury, disqualification, or other reason will result in all full match props being canceled.

*For any sports not listed here, general pre-game rules apply.

These rules apply to all full-game bets (spread, total, money line) and prop bets that can only be settled once the event is finished (for example a wager on which team will score last).

For live betting propositions, bets which are not dependent on the event to be final (for example, a next play wager in baseball) the bet is settled as soon as the outcome has been determined.

Suspended Games

Any games or events must be played to its conclusion within 48 hours in order to have action on full game props. Wagers on games that are suspended on the day of the game but played to conclusion within 48 hours of the start time, have action and will be graded based on the completed game score.

However, if the event is part of a tournament (Tennis tournament, Olympic Games, World Cups, European Cups, etc.) the bet shall be valid and the 48-hour rule shall not apply.

Games or events which are not resumed and remain shortened for any reason such as weather, player withdrawal, crowd control, etc., will be graded as No Action irrespective of whether or not an official result is confirmed by the sport’s governing body.

The above does not apply to proposition bets which are not dependent on the event to be final. Such bets are settled as soon as the outcome has been determined.

Football Next-Drive Betting Rules

On selected NFL and NCAA games, you can bet on the first play of each drive, as well as the overall outcome of drives.

Available betting options and the complete breakdown of plays are:

Bet Type Bet Options Possible winning outcomes

  • Turnover by fumble or interception.
Bet Type Bet Options Possible winning outcomes

Bet Type Bet Options Possible winning outcomes

Field Goal • Any successful field goal by the offense
Any other outcome
  • Turnover by fumble, interception, or downs
  • Punt
  • Missed field goal
  • Defensive touchdown
  • Safety
  • Blocked punt / FG
  • Clock expires

NOTE: When the team with the ball reaches a certain field position, the ‘Drive Result’ option will be removed and it will be replaced with the ‘Drive Outcome’ option. Exactly when this happens is NOT the same for every drive, this is determined by management, but is primarily based on increasing probabilities for an offensive score to happen.

Also, keep in mind the following rules:

General Rules
  1. Drive betting is not offered on all games. For NFL, it will be available on prime-time evening games (Sunday night, Monday night, Thursday night, etc.). In some rare cases, lines may be offered on afternoon NFL games as well, based on management’s decision. For NCAA, drive betting will be offered only on Bowl Games.
  2. All propositions will have one winning outcome. In the event that more than one winning outcome applies, the first outcome to occur will be considered the winning outcome and all other options will be considered losing outcomes.
  3. For grading purposes, COM will be the official source of NFL games, and ESPN will be the official source for college.
First Play of Drive
  1. Any accepted penalty, including false start, will be graded as ‘Any other outcome’, except in the event that the penalty is added to a gain on a completed pass or rushing play; in that case, the result will be ‘Rush for a gain’ or ‘Completed pass’.
  2. If a pass is completed but the play results in a loss of yards, it will still be graded as a completed pass.
  3. In the event of a lost fumble after a completed pass or rushing play, the result for betting purposes will be ‘Any other outcome’.
Drive Results/Outcomes
  1. If, after a punt past the line of scrimmage, the receiving team fumbles and loses possession, the result of that drive will be ‘Punt past the line of scrimmage’ and the next play from scrimmage will be the start of a new drive.
  2. If a team turns the ball over and there is an official change of possession, that will be the end of the drive even if that team regains possession of the ball during the same play and the next play from scrimmage will be the start of a new drive.
  3. Any punt or kickoff return does not count as a drive; at least one play from scrimmage is required for a possession to be considered a drive.
Baseball Next-Play Betting Rules

On selected baseball games, next-play betting lets you wager on what will happen on the next at-bat, giving you the choice between:

  • Reach base by Hit/Error
  • Strikeout/Walk
  • Any other outcome

Live Betting on next-play outcomes has the following rules:

  1. For all live bets on baseball to have action, games must go the full 9 innings (8.5 innings if the home team is winning) or more and be concluded with a winner determined.
  2. A fielder’s choice will be graded as ‘Any other outcome’, unless there is an error on the play. If there is an error on the fielder’s choice, it will be graded ‘Reach base by Hit/Error’.
  3. A strikeout where the batter is thrown out at 1st or reaches base safely due to a wild pitch/passed ball will still be graded as ‘Strikeout/walk being’ being that a passed ball or wild pitch is not ruled as an error.
  4. Any batter hit by a pitch will be graded as ‘Any other outcome’.
  5. Any home run will be graded as ‘Reach base by Hit/Error’.
  6. Any batter that reaches 1st base safely but is then thrown out at any base during the same play will still be graded as ‘Reach base by Hit/Error’.
  7. All propositions will have one winning outcome. In the event that more than one winning outcome applies, the first outcome to occur will be considered the winning outcome and all other options will be considered losing outcomes.
  8. If the given inning ends before the at-bat is completed, that at-bat will be graded as no action.
  9. At least one pitch must be throw in an at-bat to have action. If a batter is awarded 1st base without any pitches being thrown the given at-bat will be graded as no action. If at least one pitch is thrown and then a player is intentionally walked, the given at-bat will be graded as ’Strikeout/walk’.
  10. A play which results in a ‘Runner Out’ falls under ‘Any other outcome’, however this applies only to the batter being tagged out while running. If a player who is already on base is out while running (ex: caught stealing) this does not fall under ‘Any other outcome’ and if the play ends the inning, bets on that play will have no action due to the at-bat being incomplete.

Complete breakdown of plays:

Same Game Parlay (SGP)

Same Game Parlay (SGP) – General Rules
Same Game Parlays (SGPs)

A Same Game Parlay (SGP) allows you to combine two or more selections from the same game (legs) into a single customized bet with dynamically calculated odds.
For example, you can bet on a team to win, a player to score, and the total points to go over a certain number—all within the same wager.

Settlement Rules
  • All individual legs of the SGP must be graded as a win for the full payout to be received.

  • If any selection within the SGP results in a loss, the entire SGP is graded as a loss.

  • In the event of a Push on any selection within the SGP, the payout will be settled at recalculated odds based on the outcomes of the other selections (e.g. a 4-Leg SGP becomes a 3-Leg SGP, and the payout is adjusted accordingly).

  • In the event of a No Action on any selection within the SGP (due to cancelled, postponed, or voided markets), the entire SGP will be graded as No Action.

Availability
  • SGPs are available only for selected sports and events.

  • Eligible events are identified with the magenta “SGP” badge in the lobby or on the event page.

  • Users can also combine multiple SGPs from different events into a single combined bet (Same Game Parlay Plus), or add SGPs to individual selections from other games.

General Conditions
  • All SGP wagers are subject to Betcris House Rules.

  • SGPs are available on select sports and markets. Eligible markets are clearly marked with a magenta SGP Badge indicating an SGP-eligible market.

  • Early cash outs are not available for SGPs or SGP Plus.

  • The same Terms and Conditions apply to Quick Same Game Parlays.

How to Build an SGP
  1. Open an event marked with the SGP badge. Eligible markets are clearly identified with a magenta “SGP” icon.

  2. Add between 2 and 6 selections from the same game.

  3. The betslip will automatically group these selections under the Same Game Parlay section and display the combined odds.

  4. Enter your stake and confirm your bet.

  5. Your SGP will appear in the Open Bets and Bet History sections.

Same Game Parlay Plus (SGP+)

Same Game Parlay Plus (SGP+) allows you to extend an SGP by combining it with additional legs from other events into a single, larger parlay wager. An SGP+ can:

  • Combine multiple SGPs from different events into one larger, multi-legged parlay wager.

  • Combine an SGP with single-event selections from other events.

When an SGP is included as part of an SGP+, it is treated as one single selection (leg) within the overall wager. Each SGP leg remains fully subject to the Same Game Parlay settlement rules in Section 1. The settlement of the overall SGP+ wager is governed by the rules below.

Settlement Rules
  • All legs of the SGP+, including each SGP leg, must be graded as a win for the full payout to be received.

  • If any selection within an SGP leg loses, that SGP leg is graded as a loss, and the entire SGP+ wager is graded as a loss.

  • If any non-SGP leg loses, the entire SGP+ wager is graded as a loss.

  • A winning SGP leg does not override a losing non-SGP leg, and vice versa.

Push
  • In the event of a Push on any selection within an SGP leg, that SGP leg will be settled at recalculated odds based on the outcomes of the other selections within that SGP (e.g. a 4-Leg SGP becomes a 3-Leg SGP, and the payout is adjusted accordingly).

  • In the event of a Push on any non-SGP leg within the SGP+, that leg will be graded Push and the SGP+ will reduce down accordingly. A Push on a non-SGP leg does not void a winning SGP leg.

No Action
  • In the event of a No Action on any selection within an SGP leg (due to cancelled, postponed, or voided markets, including player inactivity), that SGP leg is graded No Action.

  • The remaining non-SGP legs will settle normally. If all remaining legs win, the SGP+ will be paid based on the valid remaining legs, and the No Action SGP leg will be voided.

  • A No Action on a non-SGP leg within the SGP+ will cause that leg to be graded No Action, and the SGP+ will reduce down accordingly.

Illustrative Applications

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Any non-SGP leg loses → Entire SGP+ wager loses.

  • Any selection within an SGP leg loses → That SGP leg loses; entire SGP+ wager loses.

  • SGP leg No Action + all other legs win → SGP leg voided as No Action; remaining legs pay at reduced odds.

  • Non-SGP leg No Action → SGP+ reduces down; remaining legs settle normally.

  • Non-SGP leg loses + SGP leg wins → Entire SGP+ wager loses.

  • All non-SGP legs Push + SGP leg wins → Pushed legs graded Push; SGP leg pays at reduced odds.

General Conditions
  • All wagers remain subject to standard House Rules and general parlay settlement rules.

  • In the event of a conflict, standard parlay rules govern the settlement of the full wager.

  • Cash Out: Not available for SGPs or any parlays containing an SGP.

  • Freeplay: Allowed as long as all selected markets are eligible.

  • SGPs earn BetPoints within the Loyalty Program, provided that:

  • Freeplay (Free Bets) are not used.

  • The bet is not settled via Cash Out.

  • The bet is not voided or graded as Push.

  • All SGP and SGP+ wagers are subject to Betcris general Terms and Conditions.

overtime scoring. Bets for the 4th quarter do not include overtime
    scoring.
  4. Game must be played on the scheduled date and site.
  5. All postseason wagers will have action as long as the game is
completed within 30 days from the
    original
    start date.

SUSPENDED / POSTPONED GAMES

For bets to have action, the game must reach official game time within 5
days of the original scheduled
start
time.

If a game is postponed/suspended AFTER it has been deemed an official
game, bets will be graded based on
the
official game times.

When a game is postponed/suspended BEFORE it begins, and it is determined
the game will not be played
within
5 days of the original scheduled start time, all bets have no action and
stakes will be refunded.

When a game is in progress and delayed BEFORE it has been deemed
official, the game must be resumed and
completed within 5 days of the original scheduled start time for bets to
have action.

If for any reason the location of the game is changed from the original
site, all bets placed prior to
the
change in venue will have action.

All postseason wagers have action if the game is completed within 30
days.

All bets placed on markets whose outcomes have already been determined
will have action. For example,
when
you bet on a 1st quarter line, the bet will have action as soon as the
market is official (the quarter
ends), even if the game is suspended after that.

NFL/NCAAF Betting Props

Score First in the Game:

First team to score in the game. If a team scores and the game is
canceled or postponed afterward, all
wagers
stand regardless of how many minutes have been played.

Score Last in the Game:

It must be an official game (55 minutes of play). If the game goes into
overtime, the team that scores
last
will be the winner.

Score in the first 5½, 6½, 7½ minutes:

These are three separate prop bets, giving the option to
bet YES or NO on whether there
will
be any type of score in the first 5½, 6½, or 7½ minutes of the game.

5½, 6½ or 7½ minutes must be played for bets to have
action
. If the game is canceled or
postponed before these periods of play, all wagers will have no action.

NOTE: If a score occurs exactly on the designated
minute/second mark, the YES wagers
will be
winners. For example, if you bet on YES (there will be a score) in the
first 6½ minutes of a game, your
bet
wins if there is a score with 8:30 left on the clock. The bet will lose
only if the first score does not
occur until the 8:29 mark or after.

Total 1st Half Points vs. Total 2nd Half Points:
It must be an official
game
(55 minutes of play) and includes overtime.

First Scoring Play (touchdown or FG/safety):
If a team scores and the game
is
canceled or postponed afterward, all wagers stand regardless of how many
minutes have been played.

3 Unanswered Scores: Extra points or 2
point conversions do
NOT count.

Player Props: All players must take the
field and play for action. Results
are
based on the official stats from the game. A kicker who does not
participate, due to shutout, but is
suited
up and available is considered to have played.

TOTAL SEASON WINS

When betting the over/under on a team’s total wins for the season,
there must be X number of
official
decisions for season wins bets to count.

An official decision constitutes on the League awarding a win or loss,
with ‘X’ being the same number of
scheduled games determined prior to the start of the season.

NFL: For bets to have action a team must play all
of its regular-season games (17
games)

NCAA College Football: A team must play all of its
scheduled regular-season games for
bets
to have action.

FORFEITED / NO CONTEST RESULTS DUE TO COVID

If one team is forced to forfeit due to Covid concerns, the game will
officially count towards regular
season
wins; it will count as a loss for the team who forfeits and as a win for
their opponent.

In the rare event both teams are unable to compete due to Covid concerns,
results will be based on what
the
NFL or NCAA decides, with two possible outcomes:

  1. The League rules that both teams will be awarded a loss; these
losses count as official results, and
    the
total season wins bets will continue to have action.
  2. The League rules that the game will be considered a cancellation
    (‘no contest’), the total-season
    wins
bets on both teams will be considered as no action (granted the game
is not made up at a later
    date).

If a game is canceled (not a forfeited game) for any other reasons and
not made up at a later date, any
regular-season wins bet on the teams involved will have no action as
well.

towards bets
placed on the full game and the second
half
(this applies
to point spread, money line, and total bets).

Overtime does not count towards any 4th
quarter
bets.

These rules apply to all leagues.

NOTE: In international basketball (FIBA), teams
sometimes
play two legs against each other as part of a playoff/tournament. It is
possible for an individual leg
to
end in a tie (the game will not go into an overtime
period). In such cases, bets on the
money line will have no action. Bets
on the spread or total will have
action and are graded based on the final score of the leg.

Proposition Bets

Player Props

For individual player props, the player must take the court
and

play for action. Results are based on the official
stats from the game.

If a game is suspended with over 5 minutes remaining in
regulation time, all player prop
bets will have no action and stakes will be refunded,
unless the outcome
has already been determined (for example, if a player has already scored
over the total points assigned
to
them).

If a game is suspended with under 5 minutes remaining in
regulation time, all player
prop
bets will have action.

NOTE: Regulation time in NBA is 48 minutes, and 40 minutes

Soccer Asian Spread

3 Way Handicap Betting

In handicap betting, the side considered weaker, also called the
‘underdog’, is awarded a virtual
goal advantage that statistically increases the chances for a
draw between the teams or a win
for the underdog. This virtual goal will be added to the
official final score for grading
purposes.

The favorite is handicapped, meaning it gives up a goal or a
certain number of goals. If there is
no odds favorite, the away team is awarded the goal advantage.

Total goals

Your bet options are Over, Under.

Predict whether the total goals scored by both teams will be more
or less than the line offered.

Bet counts only for the 90 minutes of regulation, plus injury
time.

Totals that outcome has already been determined, will be graded
and have action even if the event
is not fully completed.

Tennis

General Rules

Solaire Sportsbook accepts bets on all major tennis events using straight
money lines.

Example:
Rafael Nadal -140 or risk $140 to win $100
Vanessa Williams +120 or risk $100 to win $120

Solaire Sportsbook provides all tennis wagers on the individual matches
or sets.

Matchup must be fully complete without player’s withdrawal, incapacity or
disqualification for bets to
stand. If a match is rescheduled due to scheduling, weather problems,
bad light, etc. then all bets will
have action and all wagers will stand.

All tennis future bets are placed as ‘All In’ unless otherwise stated. If
a player withdraws before
participating, then all bets on that player are settled as a loss.

For doubles tennis, there is a Super Tiebreaker rule when a match goes to
the third set. Only one game is
added to the total for betting purposes.

Tiebreaker & Super tiebreaker rules

When a tennis match goes to a tiebreaker, individual tiebreaker points
will NOT be
counted towards the grading of over/under totals.
For example, if a
set is tied 6-6, a tiebreaker
will be played to determine who wins the set. If that tiebreaker ends
with a score of 7-5, the set’s
final score is 7-6 and in this case, 13 games count towards the
total.
In other words, the
tiebreaker adds one game only
to the total.

For doubles tennis, a Super Tiebreaker
rule is applied when a match
goes to the third set. This means there is no traditional third set
played, but instead, a tiebreaker
(usually to 10 points) is used.
The same as a regular tiebreaker,
when this happens only one
game is added
to the total for betting purposes.

within 30 days from the original

not included on bets for the 3rd

If a game requires a shoot-out to determine the winner, 1 goal will be
awarded to the winner for the
final score (regardless of how many goals were scored in the shoot-out)
which will be recognized for the
total goals scored, as well as the winning team.

Line Types

We offer 3 different types of lines for Hockey:

  • The Canadian Line
  • 3- Way Option
  • Straight Money Lines

Canadian Line

The Canadian line is a combination of a goal and money line. The money
line is a 20 cent line for
straight bets.

Example:

Boston Bruins +1 1/2 -140

L.A. Kings -1 1/2 +120

If betting on the Kings, the customer would give up a goal and a half and
would risk $100 to win $120;
the Kings would have to win by at least two goals. If betting on the
Bruins, the customer would get a
goal and half but would risk $140 to win $100.

Money Line

All money line options are prices to win the game outright, according to
NHL rules.

Example:

Boston Bruins +110

L.A. Kings -130

If you select the Bruins to win the game, betting $100 would win you
$110. If you select the Kings to
win, you would need to risk $130 to win $100.

Totals Over/Under

Example:

Bruins +1 1/2 -140 5 OVER -130

Kings -1 1/2 +120

As well as having favorites on sides, you also have favorites on totals.

In this example, over the total of five goals is indicated as the
favorite, in which case the customer
would lay $130 to win $100. If betting on the game to go under five
goals, the customer goes with the
underdog so they receive a larger return, in this case, risking $100 to
win $110.

If there is no money line indicated, the total has a ‘FLAT’ line or -110
whether betting over or under,
in which case the customer would lay $110 to win $100 either way.

When you bet on total pucks, if the score falls on the number, in this
case, five, it will be ‘no
action’.

Golf

Betting on all Major Golfing Events

  • Straight money line betting as well as match-ups.
  • Betting right up until tee-off time.
  • In head-to-head match-ups, both golfers must tee-off in order to
have action. If one player misses
the cut, his opponent is deemed the winner. If both players miss the
cut the lower score wins. If
both players have the same score, then all bets are refunded.

Special Handicap Head to Heads

If a player withdraws after tee off or misses the cut the player who
plays the most holes wins. Playoffs
do not count for handicap bets.

To Win a Tournament

  • Bets placed on Golfers to win a Tournament within 10 days of the
    tournament commencing and the
player is a non-starter, bets will be refunded.
  • The Only Outright bets that will not be refunded is when ‘ALL IN’
betting is stated, and they are
genuine ‘Futures’ Markets and posted more than 10 days prior to the
    Tournament.
  • In the event of a tie where 3 or more competitors are offered in one
    betting option, the payout will
be divided by the number of players tied. For example, 2 players tie
for the Top USA player at the
British Open will result in the normal payout given divided by 2.
  • If a tournament is shortened, after it has started, then all bets
stand. Bets accepted after the end
of a day’s play are void unless there is further play, which counts
    towards the result of the
tournament (other than a playoff). Or the betting is specifically
stated to be on the outcome of a
    playoff.
  • If a tournament is officially abandoned, all bets on the tournament
    are void, except options that
    have already been decided.

Golf Dead Heat rule

In the event of a tie where 3 or more competitors are offered in one
betting option, the dead heat rule
applies.

Under the dead heat rule, the payout will be the total bet amount (stake
plus win) divided by the number
of players tied, minus the stake.

For example, you place a $100 bet on a player at +300 to reach the top 5
places in the tournament, and he
finishes 5th, but tied with two other players.
In this case, the dead heat rule will result in the following payout:

ADD Stake + Win amount (100+300) = 400

Take this result and DIVIDE by the number of players tied (3), giving you
400/3 = 133.33

Take this second result and SUBTRACT the stake amount (100) from it,
resulting in 133.33 – 100 = 33.3

So the payout for this wager would be $33.33.

Boxing / Martial Arts

Boxing

General Rules

  1. Date: If the fight does not take
place for any reason and is
started again within 14 days after the original start date, then –
    unless otherwise specified – all
bets count for the rescheduled fight. If the fight is NOT started
within 14 days after the original
start date, then all bets will be void.
    • Future Fights: The one exception
to the 48-hour rule, is fights
that have been set up before the exact date is known and
      will be reclassified under the
correct event and date, once an official announcement has
been made. These fights will only
be voided if either fighter is scheduled to fight another
opponent instead. Once a fight has
been reclassified, it is then subject to the 48-hour rule as
      normal.
    • www.boxrec.com will be
      used as the official results
      page for any final decisions.
  2. If a rescheduled fight takes place in a country
    different from the original
country, then all bets will be void. If a fight is rescheduled and
takes place at a different venue
but in the same country, then all bets are valid.
  3. The result at the end of the contest is final. This includes any
    recounts of the judges’ scorecards.
For betting purposes, any contest declared a ‘technical draw’ will
result in a draw being deemed the
winning option. Any subsequent changes made by governing bodies do
    not count for betting purposes.
  4. Total Points/Rounds (Over/Under): If
    the fight is abandoned before
its completion then all bets will be void, unless the highest
possible total to bet on has already
been attained, in which case all bets stand. If a boxer fails to
start a round, then the previous
completed round is considered the last round of the fight. Where
half a round is stated, the half
way point of the respective round (1 minute 30 seconds for 3-minute
rounds or 2 minutes 30 seconds
for 5 minute rounds) will determine the under or over. If a contest
    lands exactly on the specified
half round time, the result will be considered ‘Over’ (Eg: Total is
    over/under 1.5 rounds and the
contest ends at 1:30 of the 2nd round – the ‘Over’ will be the
    winner).
  5. Knockdown/Count in Round: Only
knockdowns that lead to a ‘count’
from the referee or if the referee initiates a ‘count’ will qualify
    for this bet.
  6. Individual Round betting: Bets will
be settled based on the round
during which the bout ends. If a boxer fails to start a round, then
    the previous completed round is
considered the ‘winning’ result for this bet. If for any reason, the
    number of rounds is changed
before the fight, all round by round bets will be considered
    invalid.
  7. Draws: If a fight ends in a draw and
no odds have been offered for
this option, all bets will be void.
  8. Method of Victory: All bets will be
    settled on the official result
declared. If, for any reason, the number of rounds is changed before
    the fight, all bets stand.
    Offered options:
    1. KO: When a fighter fails to
stand up after a 10 count.
    2. TKO: When the bout is stopped
by the referee or one fighter
      retires.
    3. Technical Decision: When the
bout is stopped by a cut/injury
not caused by a punch, and decided by the judges’ scorecards
      before the scheduled number of
      rounds is completed.
    4. Disqualification: When the
bout is stopped and the referee
declares one or both fighters as disqualified.
    5. On Points: When the bout is
      decided by the judges’
scorecards at the conclusion of the scheduled number of
      rounds.
    6. Draw: When the judges’
scorecards are a draw, or when the
referee stops the fight and declares a technical draw

General Rules

  1. The result at the end of the contest is final. This includes any
    recounts of the judges’ scorecards.
Any subsequent changes made by governing bodies do not count for
    betting purposes.
  2. Total Points/Rounds (Over/Under): If a fighter fails to start a
    round then the previous completed
round is considered the last round of the fight. Where half a round
is stated, the half way point of
the respective round (1 minute 30 seconds for 3-minute rounds or 2
minutes 30 seconds for 5 minute
rounds) will determine the under or over. If a contest lands exactly
    on the specified half round
time, the result will be considered ‘Over’ (Eg: Total is over/under
1.5 rounds and the contest ends
at 1:30 of the 2nd round – the ‘Over’ will be the winner).
  3. Knockdown/Count in Round: Only
knockdowns that lead to a ‘count’
from the referee or if the referee initiates a ‘count’ will qualify
    for this bet.
  4. Round by Round betting: Bets will be
    settled based on the round
during which the bout ends. If a fighter fails to start a round,
    then the previous completed round
is considered the ‘winning’ result for this bet.
  5. Draws: If a fight ends in a draw and
no odds have been offered for
this option, all bets will be void.
Motor Racing

Official times

Bets are considered official on the winner and head to head matchups once
the entire race is officially
completed.

If a driver withdraws from the race before it begins,
all bets on that driver will have
no action.

If a driver begins the race but then withdraws after the
starting gun, bets on that
driver will have action.

If a postponed race takes place within 120 hours of the
scheduled starting time, all
bets have action, and should the race remain postponed for longer than
120 hours, all bets will have
no action.

Head to Head racing matchups

On a head to head matchup, both drivers must start for the bets to
have action.

Bets on Formula One (F1), Motor and Auto races are decided based on
the podium positions on the
day prizes are announced for the particular event,
and any change in position after
this time is not considered for settling purposes.

In a head to head matchup if both drivers fail to
finish
the race, the driver who
completes the most laps will be
deemed the winner, and if both
drivers complete the same number of laps, the
respective head to head bet is deemed
no action and stakes will be returned.

NASCAR

There are two main ways to bet on NASCAR and other motor racing events.
Either on the out-right winner of
the race or on the winner of a predetermined matchup.

The driver must start for action.

Example:
(Straight Wager):
Jeff Gordon 1/1 or 100 to win 100
Dale Jarrett 2/1 or 100 to win 200
Mark Martin 2/1 or 100 to win 200
Mark Skinner 5/2 or 100 to win 250
Dale Earnhardt 7/5 or 100 to win 140

If a postponed race takes place within 72 hours of the scheduled start
time all bets have action.

Motor Racing and Nascar Match-ups

Both drivers must start for action.

Match-up 1:

Jeff Gordon -140 or risk $140 to win $100 Vs. Dale Earnhardt +120 or risk
$100 USD to win $120 USD

Formula One Betting

Bets on Formula One (F1), Motor and Auto races are decided on the podium
position of the day of the prize
giving for the particular event, any changes in position after this time
is not considered for settling
purposes. If two drivers abandon the race after completing the same
number of laps, the respective head
to head is deemed void, otherwise, the driver who completes the most
laps will be deemed the winner if
both drivers fail to finish the race.

To win the race:

60% of the starting field must start the race for
action.Top 3 (podium) finishes:

80% of the starting field must start for action.

Drivers Matchups:

Both drivers must start the race for action.

The formation lap is not considered part of the race for wagering
purposes.

already determined. In
matches of 10 overs or less, bets will be void if the entire innings is
not completed,
unless settlement of bets is already determined.

For Innings Sixes specifically, for settlement purposes the outcome is
based on all
deliveries from which a batsman is credited with exactly six runs
(including
All-run/Overthrows).

For this market only please note that any penalty runs added to a team
total because of a
slow over rate by the bowling team will not count for settlement
purposes.

Team with Lowest Innings Score

Predict the team which will make the lowest score. A team must be all
out or complete all 50
overs for the score to count.

Runs at Fall of Next Wicket

The total innings runs scored by a team before the fall of the specified
wicket determines
the result of the market. If a team declares or reaches their target
then the total amassed
will be the result of the market. Bets will be void should no more play
take place following
the intervention of rain, or any other delay, as the ability to reach
previous quotes
offered will have been removed. If settlement of bets can be determined
they will be settled
accordingly. e.g. Should a team leave the field due to an intervention
on a total of 135
then previous quotes equal to, or less than, this total will be settled.
However, quotes
higher than this will be void.

Over at Fall of Next Wicket

The over number in which the fall of the specified wicket occurs
determines the result of
the market. If a team declares or reaches their target then the over
number at that time
will be the result of the market. For example if a wicket falls after
46.2 overs, we settle
on 47th over.

For betting purposes quotes using Under/Over Half Overs e.g. 10.5; the .5
represents the
half, as opposed to specifying balls bowled in an over.

Bets will be void should no more play take place following the
intervention of rain, or any
other delay, as the ability to reach previous quotes offered will have
been removed. If
settlement of bets can be determined they will be settled accordingly.
e.g. Should a team
leave the field due to an intervention during over 17 then previous
quotes less than this
total will be settled. However, quotes higher than this will be void.

Runs Off Delivery (Including Alternative Quotes)

For settlement purposes all extras do not count as deliveries. For
example, if an over
starts: Wide – No Ball – Four, then the Four is deemed to be the 1st
legal delivery of the
over and be counted as 6 runs as to include the runs scored from the
previous ‘extras’.

In-Play Runs in First ‘X’ Overs (including alternative
quotes)

If the selected number of overs is not complete due to external factors
then bets will be
void, unless settlement of bet is already determined.

If the natural length of the innings is less than the selected number of
overs (e.g. a team
is all out in less than the selected overs or reaches their target) then
bets will stand.

Wickets Lost by ‘X’ Runs

Settlement is determined by the number of wickets lost by the time a
specific score is
reached. If a team declares or reaches their target then the wickets
lost at that time will
be the result of the market.

A Fifty to Be Scored in the Match

The following minimum number of overs must be scheduled, and there must
be an official

void.

Settlement is based on the official score(s) of the specified batsman.
Dead-heat rules apply.

TEST MATCHES (Five Day Matches)

Match Betting/Draw-No-Bet/Double Chance

Bets will stand on the official result provided at least one ball has
been bowled. In the
event of a tie then dead-heat rules will apply and bets on the draw will
be losers.

The result of a match is a tie when the scores are equal at the
conclusion of play, but only
if the side batting last has completed its innings (i.e. all innings are
completed, or, in
limited-overs cricket, the set number of overs has been played or play
is terminally stopped
by weather or bad light).

If a match is abandoned due to outside interference then bets will be
made void.

Outside interference does not include weather events.

Top Batsman/Bowler

Only the first inning counts.

Bets placed on any player not in the starting 11 are void. Bets on
players who are selected
but do not bat or do not bowl will be settled as losers.

A minimum of 50 overs must be bowled unless All Out. Otherwise, bets are
void.

In the event of two or more players ending on an equal number of wickets
then the bowler with
the least number of runs conceded will be deemed the winner.

A Fifty to Be Scored in the 1st Innings

Bets are struck on the 1st innings of the match the settlement of which
is determined by the
team batting 1st (as opposed to both teams). The innings must be

For settlement
purposes any batsman’s score of 50 or above will count.

A Hundred to Be Scored in the 1st Innings

Bets are struck on the 1st innings of the match the settlement of which
is determined by the
team batting 1st (as opposed to both teams). The innings must be
completed (declarations

This market is based
on a century (as opposed to 100 runs) being scored.

Team Batsman to Score a Fifty in the 1st Innings

Declarations will be considered the end of an innings for settlement
purposes. In the event
of the 1st innings being forfeited all bets will be void. In the event
of an innings not

bets will be void
unless settlement is already determined. For settlement purposes any
batsman’s score of 50
or above will count.

Team Batsman to Score a Hundred in the 1st Innings

of the 1st innings being forfeited all bets will be void. In the event
of an innings not
being completed due to outside interference or inclement weather all

unless settlement is already determined.

Player Match Wickets

count.

Innings Runs (Including Alternative Quotes)/Innings
Sixes

A minimum of 50 overs must be bowled unless All Out or team declares.
Otherwise bets void,
unless settlement of bets is already determined.

For Innings Sixes specifically, for settlement purposes the outcome is
based on all
deliveries from which a batsman is credited with exactly six runs
(including
All-run/Overthrows).

First Innings Lead

Both teams must complete their first innings for bets to stand
(including declarations).
Dead-heat rules apply.

Series Betting

Bets void if the designated number of matches are not completed. For
series batsman total

in the series will
count. For player performance the runs scored, wickets, catches and

innings of all matches in the series will count.

wicket determines the
result of the market. If a team declares or reaches their target then
the total amassed will
be the result of the market.

Will There Be a Run Off 1st Ball of Match

Extras and penalty runs will be included. In the event of no play bets
will be void.

Opening Partnership Over/Under Innings Runs

are void if the
innings is forfeited.

To Make a Fifty Yes/No in Either Innings

or is given out
before first ball is faced. Score counts if batsman is Not-Out including
if innings is
declared. All bets stand irrespective of delays caused by rain or for
any other reason.

To Save Follow On

For settlement purposes this market will be determined by whether or not
the team batting
second reaches the ‘Follow On’ target, regardless of whether or not it
is enforced. Both
teams must complete their 1st Innings (including declarations) for bets
to stand, otherwise
bets will be void.

Two/Three/Four Day Matches

is terminally stopped
by weather or bad light).

players who are selected
but do not bat or do not bowl will be settled as losers.

A minimum of 50 overs must be bowled unless All Out. Otherwise bets are
void.

In the event of two or more players ending on an equal number of wickets
then the bowler with
the least number of runs conceded will be deemed the winner.

First Innings Lead

Both teams must complete their first innings for bets to stand
(including declarations).
Dead-Heat rules apply.

Runs at Fall of Next Wicket

The total innings runs scored by a team before the fall of the specified
wicket determines
the result of the market. If a team declares or reaches their target
then the total amassed
will be the result of the market. Bets will be void should no more play
take place following
the intervention of rain, or any other delay, as the ability to reach
previous quotes
offered will have been removed. If settlement of bets can be determined
they will be settled
accordingly. e.g. Should a team leave the field due to an intervention
on a total of 135
then previous quotes equal to, or less than, this total will be settled.
However, quotes
higher than this will be void.

Over at Fall of Next Wicket

The over number in which the fall of the specified wicket occurs
determines the result of
the market. If a team declares or reaches their target then the over
number at that time
will be the result of the market. For example if a wicket falls after
46.2 overs, we settle
on 47th over.

For betting purposes quotes using Under/Over Half Overs e.g. 10.5; the .5
represents the
half, as opposed to specifying balls bowled in an over.

Bets will be void should no more play take place following the
intervention of rain, or any
other delay, as the ability to reach previous quotes offered will have
been removed. If
settlement of bets can be determined they will be settled accordingly.
e.g. Should a team
leave the field due to an intervention during over 17 then previous
quotes less than this
total will be settled. However, quotes higher than this will be void.

Runs Off Delivery (Including Alternative Quotes)

For settlement purposes all extras do not count as deliveries. For
example, if an over
starts: Wide – No Ball – Four, then the Four is deemed to be the 1st
legal delivery of the
over and be counted as 6 runs as to include the runs scored from the
previous ‘extras’.

In-Play Runs in First ‘X’ Overs (including alternative
quotes)

If the selected number of overs is not complete due to external factors
then bets will be
void, unless settlement of bet is already determined.

If the natural length of the innings is less than the selected number of
overs (e.g. a team
is all out in less than the selected overs or reaches their target) then
bets will stand.

Wickets Lost By ‘X’ Runs

Settlement is determined by the number of wickets lost by the time a
specific score is
reached. If a team declares or reaches their target then the wickets
lost at that time will
be the result of the market.

Batsman Number of 4s

For settlement purposes this is all deliveries from which a batsman is
credited with exactly
four runs (including All-run/Overthrows).

Bets will be void if the intervention of rain or any other delay results
in the number of
overs being reduced by 5 or more from that scheduled when the bets were
struck unless
settlement of bets is already determined. Twenty20 Cup matches bets will
be void if the
number of overs is reduced by 3 or more from that scheduled when the
bets were struck unless
settlement of bets is already determined. In matches of 10 overs or
less, bets will be void
if the entire innings is not completed, unless settlement of bets is
already determined.

Batsman Number of 6s

For settlement purposes this is all deliveries from which a batsman is
credited with exactly
Six runs (including All-run/Overthrows).

Bets will be void if the intervention of rain or any other delay results
in the number of
overs being reduced by 5 or more from that scheduled when the bets were
struck unless
settlement of bets is already determined. Twenty20 Cup matches bets will
be void if the
number of overs is reduced by 3 or more from that scheduled when the
bets were struck unless
settlement of bets is already determined. In matches of 10 overs or
less, bets will be void
if the entire innings is not completed, unless settlement of bets is
already determined.

Team Runs Handicap

unless settlement is
already determined, otherwise, bets are void.

Team Wickets Handicap

Both teams must complete the relevant innings (including declarations)
unless settlement is
already determined, otherwise bets are void.

Cricket World Cup

Total Tournament Runs / Total Tournament Wickets

For any game which is abandoned or reduced via Duckworth Lewis, only the
total number of
runs and wickets actually registered count.

Total Tournament Wides

count e.g. if it goes
for 4 and is scored as 5 wides; for betting purposes, the delivery will
count as 5 rather
than 1 wide deliveries bowled.

Total Tournament Run Outs / Total Tournament
Stumpings

For settlement purposes the official total will stand regardless of any
matches being
abandoned or reduced in overs.

Team to Score Most Sixes /Player to Hit Most Sixes / Total
Tournament
Sixes

credited with exactly
six runs (including All-run/Overthrows). For settlement purposes the
official total will
stand regardless of any matches being abandoned or reduced in overs.
Dead-heat rules apply.

For the Player market specifically, batsmen must face at least one
delivery, otherwise bets
are void.

Score

Dead-heat rules apply.

Team with Highest Opening Partnership/ Team with Highest
1st 10 Overs
Score

Dead-heat rules apply.

First Team Century

Should two players score a century in the same game, for settlement
purposes the winner
shall be deemed the one who has reached their century first in terms of
time. If no player
scores a century then bets will be void. Stakes will be returned on any
player who does not
participate in the tournament.

First Team 5 Wicket Haul

Should two players take five wickets in the same game, for settlement
purposes the winner
shall be deemed the one who has taken their fifth wicket first in terms
of time. If no
player takes five wickets then bets will be void. Stakes will be
returned on any player who
does not participate in the tournament.

Fastest 100 Scored

This will be measured in terms of number of balls faced to reach a
hundred. Dead-heat rules
apply.

Tournament Hat Trick

Bets settled as ‘Yes’, if a ‘hat-trick’ (deemed as when a bowler
dismisses three batsmen
with consecutive deliveries in the same match) is officially recorded
during the tournament.

Player of the Tournament

Bets will be settled on the officially declared Player of the
Tournament. Dead-heat rules
apply.

Settlement of Wagers

Baseball and Softball

General Rules

  1. Statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official
    website of the relevant
competition will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics from an official
    score(s) provider
or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that
    the official
score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent
    evidence to support
    bet settlement.
  2. In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of
    significant conflicting
evidence, bets will be settled after a thorough investigation.
  3. Official game time:
All full game bets are official after 8½ innings if the
    home team is
ahead, or after 9 full innings if the visiting team is
    ahead. This
includes moneyline, total runs (over/under), and Run Line bets.
SPECIAL RULES FOR MLB EXHIBITION BASEBALL*
    1. Games must go 5 innings (or 4½ if the home team is leading) to count
      as an official
game for bets on the money line/side.
    2. After the 5th inning, if an inning is not played to completion, then
      the score will
revert to the previously completed inning unless the home team is
      leading.
    3. Regarding Run Lines and totals, games must go 9 innings (or 8½ if
      the home team is
leading) for bets to be official.

    * These rules apply only to exhibition games and NOT to
    regular-season
    games.

  4. Game length changes:
A game is scheduled to be played as a regular 9-inning game; however, prior
    to starting it is
announced that it will be reduced to a 7-inning game, then
    all bets will
be void on the original lines.
    1. Wagers will also be void in the reverse situation:
      a game
scheduled for 7-innings but changed to 9-innings.
    2. In both scenarios, once the new odds are posted, bets can be placed
      again.
  5. All bets are action:
Unless otherwise stated, all baseball wagers (pro, college,
    and
    softball)are ‘Action’ bets.
    1. Action – This is a team versus team bet. The bet
      has action at a
confirmed price regardless of either starting
      pitcher
      .
      Example: You place your bet at -160 and it is confirmed;
      then, there is a
pitching change after confirmation. Even if the odds are moved to
      -130 or -200 due to
varying strength of the new pitcher, your bet still has ‘action’ at
      -160.
    2. This includes sides, totals, run line, team totals, first five
      innings, and inning by
inning props. ‘Listed Pitchers’ has no relevance regarding bets
      results.
  6. We do not recognize postponed games, protests, or overturned decisions for
    wagering purposes. As
long as the event is started (this means the first pitch is thrown before
    midnight local time)
on the scheduled day, all bets have action. If inclement weather (or similar
    delay) pushes the
start time past midnight local time, but the game is still played, all bets
    have action.

Suspended / postponed games – MLB, NCAA & The Dominican Republic

  • For full game bets to have action, the game must reach official game time
    with a winner
declared, by 5 am (in the time zone of the venue).
  • If a game is suspended and is not completed by 5 am, all bets on the full
    game will be void and
stakes refunded. This applies to games suspended before they begin, and
    games suspended during
    play.
  • This rule does not apply during the playoffs. All
    postseason bets have
action as long as the game is completed within 30 days from
    the original start
    date.
  • All bets placed on markets whose outcomes have already been determined will
    have action.

Suspended
/ postponed games – International Leagues & Softball

  • For International Leagues (the Dominican Republic excluded) and Softball,
    for full game bets to
have action, the game must reach official game time with a winner declared,
    within 36 hours of
    the scheduled start time.
  • If a game is suspended and is not completed within 36
    hours
    , all bets on the
full game will be void and stakes refunded. This applies to games suspended
    before they begin,
    and games suspended during play.

Games in extra innings

For any baseball game that goes into extra innings, and is then postponed or
suspended, bets will
have action if:

  1. The league determines the result to be official at that
    point.
  2. The game is resumed and completed by 5 AM (MLB) or within
    36
    hours
    (NCAA, International & Softball).

Examples:

  • The score of an MLB game is 8-4 in the top of the 10th inning, with the
    visiting team ahead. The
game is suspended, and the MLB rules this score will stand as the official
    result. All bets have
    action.
  • An NCAA game is suspended in the 12th inning, with the score tied 3-3. The
    NCAA decides the game
will be resumed in 5 days. All bets are void since the game won’t be
    completed within 36 hours.

Run Line betting

Run Lines are the baseball version of betting the spread. The Run Line adds 1.5
runs to the
underdog
(+1.5) or subtracts 1.5 runs from the favorite (-1.5).

All Run Line bets are action.

Bets on the Run Line are official after 8½ innings if the home
team is ahead, or
after 9 full innings if the visiting team is ahead.

On most games, there are also alternative Run Lines where the favorite is -2.5
runs and the exact
same rules apply.

Totals

You can bet on the over/under for the total number of runs scored by both teams
combined.

All total bets are action.

Bets on the total are official after 8½ innings if the home team
is ahead, or after
9 full innings if the visiting team is ahead.

1st/2nd half betting

For betting purposes, the first half of a baseball game is
counted from the start of
the game until the end of the 5th inning.

The second half goes from the top of the 6th
inning
until the end
of the game.

If a game goes past the 9th inning, all scores in extra innings
will count towards
the second half bets.

All first-half bets will have action once the game reaches 5 innings completed
(4½ if the home team
is winning). If a game is suspended before completing 4½ or 5 innings, bets will
be void unless the
game is resumed and completed within 36 hours of the original starting time.

Treatment of Mercy Rule

In little league, high school and college baseball, a mercy rule is enforced
whereby
a game is stopped if
a team is winning by a large enough margin at a certain point
in the game
(for example if an NCAA team is ahead by 10+ runs after 7 innings).

In any situation where the mercy rule is called, games are considered as complete
for betting
purposes, and all wagers on moneylines, totals and Run Lines will have
action
.

Treatment for Double Header Games

  • Game 1 will always be the first game played on a day, and Game 2 will be the
second game. In the event that only 1 game concludes within the 36-hour
    action window, the
concluding game will always be considered to be Game 1, and all bets on Game
    2 will be void.
  • Any bets on Game 2 will only have action if two games are played by the same
    teams within the
    36-hour action window.
Example: A day / night double-header is scheduled. The earlier starting game
    is rained out, and
only the night game is played. Bets on Game 1 will apply to the game that
    gets played, and bets
on Game 2 will be refunded.
  • In case a game in a double-header is scheduled for 7 innings only (such as
    the MLB 2020 season),
it must go 7 innings (6½ if the home team is winning) for bets to have
    action and games must be
    completed, with a winner declared:
    • MLB: By 5 am (in the time zone where the game is
      played).
    • NCAA, International Leagues & Softball: Within 36
      hours
of the scheduled start time, regardless of venue.

Treatment for Parlays

In case of parlays, if one of the selections is void, a tie or no action, the
parlay will revert to
the lower level payoff, except in a 2 team parlay, where a tie reverts to a
straight bet.

Proposition: MLB regular season winning percentage

This is a bet based on the Over/Under of a team’s overall winning percentage for
the regular season.

  • The team must play a minimum of 50 games for bets on season
    winning
    percentage to have action.
  • These types of bets do not include any playoff games; they’re
    regular season
    only
    .
  • Bets will have action as long as a minimum of 50 games have been played; a
    team does not need to
play all its scheduled regular-season games.
  • The winning percentage displayed at the end of the regular season on
www.mlb.com will be the official source for grading
    purposes

Proposition: Regular Season Baseball Series

  1. Wagers on baseball series are based on the first three games played of each
    series.
  2. At least two of the first three series games must be played for wagers to
    have action.
  3. If only one of the first three games is postponed or canceled, series wagers
    stand as written.
  4. If two of the first three games are postponed or canceled, all wagers on
    that series will be
graded as No Action and the monies refunded.
  5. A called game will count toward a series wager provided it is officially
    declared a regulation
game. The 9 inning rule does not apply.

Team name and location changes (futures have action)

If an organization undergoes a team name change, future bets placed prior to the
change will not be
affected and will still have action. This applies to any part of the name being
changed (mascot/logo
or the city/region).

For example, if a bet is placed on a team to win the championship, and before the
season starting
that team announces they will use a new mascot, the bet stands.

This also applies to location changes that should occur, such as a team moving
their home games to a
new stadium for either a portion of or the entire season. In this case, futures
on that team will
have action and this is not to be confused with a venue being changed for an
individual game, in
which case different rules apply and non-future bets may be void.

Future bets covered by these rules include (but are not limited to) teams to win
a division,
conference, or championship, team season win totals, and individual player
awards and statistical
achievements.

Inning Proposition Bets

Score in the 1st inning

As soon as a run is scored in the 1st inning, all wagers will
have action even if the game is delayed or suspended at any
point after
that (including in the first inning).

If the 1st inning is completed with no run scored, and the game is then
suspended, all bets have
action. Bets will be no action only if the
game is
suspended with a 0-0 tie, while still in the 1st inning.

Team with the highest-scoring inning

  • If there is a tie for the highest-scoring inning, then all bets will be
    graded as a push.

Team to lead after the (x) inning:

  • For bets to have action, the full inning must be completed.

Team to win (x) inning

  • If the inning ends in a draw, the bet will result in
    No
    Action
    .
  • Who will win the 9th inning: If the Home team does not have to
    bat, it will be graded
as a score of 0 for that team.

3 or more runs scored in the first (x) innings

  • For bets to have action the full inning must be completed.
Future bets

All future bets are considered ‘All-In’ and will have action regardless of the
number of games played
unless a minimum number of games is explicitly stated.

When the ‘All-In’ rule is applied, bets have action even if the specified team or
player fails to
participate in any number of games, for whatever reason, or regardless of any
games being suspended
or shortened.

Olympics General Rules

If any Olympic event does not take place in 2024, all bets on that event will
have no action and the
amount wagered will be refunded.

Unless otherwise stated, bets on individual athletes as well as team
competitions
are treated as ‘All-In’ and bets have
action regardless of any participants’ failure to compete due to injury,
disqualification, COVID-19,
or other reason.

For example, if an athlete competing in a track and field event fails to
participate, but the event
overall still runs, bets on that athlete will stand and will be considered a
loss.

In the case of a future bet that is made on a team to win the basketball gold
medal, and either the
entire team, or certain players, are unable to compete, bets still stand.

All betting payouts are based on podium
positions
during
the official medal ceremony after the event (dead-heat rules apply).

All head-to-head and group betting options require all competitors to leave
the start line for action.

Bets
on total country medals in a
competition are based on the official medals table result once
all medal ceremonies
have taken place. For medal totals on individual athletes, results include their
team event results.

Winners’ nationalities are determined by the
country the winner competes for, not the country where they
were born, were these
not the same.

Please note that for team sports such as Olympic soccer or basketball, standard
rules still apply for
each respective sport.

Politics / Elections

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

All bets for the 2024 US Elections are ‘All-in’ wagers and will stand no matter
when the election
actually takes place. Should the elections be postponed, bets will still have
action, regardless of
how long they are postponed.

You can find available lines on upcoming political races by logging in to your
account and scrolling
down to the Politics section.

For bets on head to
head vote totals, primary races,
or any other market which
does NOTdirectly result in a candidate securing a position in
an office,
the official results will be based upon those published at the following site:

https://transition.fec.gov/pubrec/electionresults.shtml *

*Applies to elections held within the United States only. For races in
other countries, wager
settlement will be based on results from official government websites
(in the case of any discrepancy,
Solaire Sportsbook will decide which site will be used for grading
purposes).

For bets on a candidate to win an office, all bets will be
graded at the time of the winner’s
swearing-in ceremony.

Once lines are posted, all bets will have action even if the candidate
withdraws from the race
early.

Straight bet

The straight bet gives you the possibility to choose which team or line will be
the winner, or
whether the event will result in a draw.

Different values for each possible option appear on the bet line:

The value of the line may change, depending on which team is the
favorite to win.

Once the teams are selected on your betting ticket, you must enter the amount you
wish to bet; you
will also be able to see the minimum and maximum amount of that specific event.
In addition, you can
select from the following options for line changes**:

  • Not accepting any line changes
  • Accepting all line changes
  • Accepting line changes only in my favor

**We offer these options as our betting lines are dynamic and
changes always arise
depending on the circumstances of each event.

Finally, click the button that says BET and done! You’ve added a
lot more excitement
to your favorite sports.

Remember that in the top right corner, on your profile icon, you will find the
option of
PENDING PLAYS.
There you can see:

  • Your active bets

Betting on Parlays

A parlay is a single bet that combines two or more individual bets, and depends
on all those bets
winning together to be a winning bet.

When you place a parlay, you can combine 2 or more teams or totals into the same
bet, and the
winnings would be greater than if the exact same bets are placed in the form of
a separate direct
bet. The more selections, the greater the amount to be earned.

In a parlay all selected bets must be winners: if one of the bet selections is a
loser, the bet ends
up being a loser.

The more events you bet within a parlay, the greater the difficulty of success,
therefore, the
greater the amount of the profit.

Calculating a parlay payout

use the Solaire Sportsbook Parlay Calculator.

Restrictions

  1. Circled or restricted games cannot be used on parlays.
  2. Propositions and future bets cannot be used on parlays.
  3. The maximum payout for any parlay is $150.000 or its equivalent in local
    currency.
  4. The maximum parlay payment will be applied when you duplicate the same
    parlays.
  5. It is not allowed to place more than one bet on the same event or combine in
    parlay the same
team with the spread and the money line. Multiple bets are not accepted when
    the outcome of one
part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another (correlated plays).
  6. All your selections must be correct to win. If a single selection is
    incorrect, you lose the
    bet.
  7. In the event of a tie or no action, the parlay will return to the previous
    level payout, except
for a two-team parlay, where a draw reverts to a straight bet.

Open spots

These are selections that are left ’empty’ and then completed with other games,
which may not be
available at the time of placing the bet.

Open spaces can be kept for up to 90 days.

Asian line

The Asian line is exclusive for soccer betting, and you
can bet on handicaps
or totals.

The Asian line gives you two chances to bet in one (two lines + a single
odd). The risked
amount and total winnings are divided into two bets with equal
amounts.

Asian lines will always show two values with a half-point difference,
generating a
double chance for the player to cover what is wagered in
the event of a tie or
push in one of the lines.

Take, for example, the following line:

If we bet $100 to win $110, choosing a line of over 2.5 and over 3, the bet
is divided as
follows:

LineOver 2.5Over3
BetRisk $50 / Win $55Risk $50 / Win $55

If the score is 3 to 0, then the result of your bet will be:

LineOver 2.5Over 3
Bet resultWinnerTie or push
Win / LossThe risked amount + the profit are reinstatedOnly the risked amount is reinstated

Advantages of the Asian line

  • More attractive prices.
  • Double chance of winning.
  • Double chance to cover the risky amount on each bet.

Betting on Round Robins

To play a Round Robin, you must select between three and ten teams, which will be
arranged in every
possible parlay combination.

In each parlay, you will bet the same amount. For example, if you bet $10 and
choose 4 parlays of 3
combinations, you’ll be betting $10 on each one, so the total Round Robin amount
will be $40.

For example, select teams A, B, C, and D. The system will display the following
options under the
heading COMBINATIONS:

  • Four three-team combinations (A+B+C / A+B+D / B+C+D / A+C+D)
  • Six two-team combinations (A+B / C+D / A+C / A+D / B+C / B+D)

In a Round Robin, you will have more chances to win even if any of the selections
lose, as the other
combinations that don’t include the lost bet will still have action.

Betting on Teasers

Teasers are wagers in which 2 to 7 teams are selected together in one wager, with
an adjusted point
spread. In a teaser, you can add points to the sides or mix both, sides and
totals adding or
subtracting to the totals.

  • If one selection loses the teaser is considered a loss.
  • A tie plus a loss is a loss.
  • A tie plus a win is NO ACTION.
  • The price of a Teaser varies according to the number of points and the sport
    to which the
    selections belong.

Example: 2 team teaser 5pts for $100

Lakers +4 + 5 pts = the teased line is now +9

Knicks -3 + 5 pts = the teased line is now +2

The payout in a 2 team teaser for 5 pts is 10/11. In this case, you will risk
$110 to win $100.
